We are seeking skilled operators with experience running laser cutting machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and productivity within a busy manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Operate laser cutting machines safely and efficiently
• Set up and monitor machinery during production runs
• Ensure components are produced to specification and quality standards
• Carry out basic maintenance and machine checks
• Work to production targets and deadlines
• Record job information and maintain accurate production records
• Support general workshop and production duties where required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Laser Cutting Operator (essential)
• Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work to tight tolerances
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Good understanding of health & safety in a workshop environment
• Full right to work in the UK
