Cleaner (Warehouse Environment) – Exeter, Broadclyst

Location: Exeter Lodge Trading Estate, Broadclyst, Exeter

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm (20 hours per week)

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Concept Resources are recruiting for a Cleaner on behalf of our client at a busy warehouse facility in Exeter.

This is a physically active cleaning role within a warehouse and office environment, ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work and take pride in maintaining high standards.

Duties will include:

• Warehouse cleaning duties
• Moving stock and pallets as required
• Cleaning kitchens and canteen areas
• Cleaning washrooms and toilet facilities
• Cleaning offices, breakout areas and meeting rooms
• Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Physically fit and capable of manual duties
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Picture ID required for site access

Uniform & PPE Requirements:

Candidates must provide and wear:

• Safety footwear
• Hi-visibility vest
• Black top
• Black trousers
