What You’ll Do

As aChef de Partie, you will:

· Prepare, cook, and present dishesto a high standard within your specialty

· Support menu development, contributing fresh and innovative dish ideas

· Oversee and train Commis Chefs, helping them develop their skills

· Ensure food safety and hygiene standardsare met at all times

· Manage stock and deliveries, ensuring efficiency and minimal waste

· Monitor kitchen compliance, ensuring food safety diaries are up to date

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking apassionate and driven chefwith excellent kitchen experience. Ideally, you’ll have:

· 2-3 years of experiencein a fresh food, fast-paced kitchen

· Level 2 Food Hygiene Certification

· Allergen awareness training

· Ability to lead and train junior chefs, maintaining high culinary standards

· A strong team-player mentality, with a focus on efficiency and excellence
