Customer Contact Advisor (Permanent)

About the Role
As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will mainly deal with repair requests and occasional general enquiries. Some calls may involve customers in difficult situations, requiring strong problem‑solving and customer service skills. You must be proficient in using various IT systems.

We look for someone with excellent communication skills, a team‑focused approach, and experience in front‑line call handling. A passion for delivering great service is essential.
