We’re looking for Customer Hub Advisors to support major UK public sector clients in a high‑performing, people‑focused environment. The role offers hybrid working – Thursdays & Fridays in our Newport office and the rest of the week remotely.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls, emails and live chats to support candidates and keep processes running smoothly.
- Supporting candidates through application, vetting and onboarding stages.
- Rescheduling interviews and coordinating activity to keep stakeholders on track.
- Resolving queries efficiently and escalating more complex issues when needed.
- Maintaining accurate, audit‑ready records across systems.
- Supporting public sector clients while working closely with your team.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a contact centre environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
- A flexible, positive approach to work and change.
- Confidence using systems and handling customer queries.
Employment Type: Full‑time, Fixed Term Contract (12 months).
Location: Hybrid – Newport, 2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays).
Security Clearance Level: SC.

Salary: £25,375 per annum.
