Benefit Workers – Supported Living Service (Roundhay, Leeds)

Role Summary: Provide relief cover for female support workers in a supported living service. Typical shifts include 7 am to 11 pm with sleep‑in coverage. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care, support and assistance to service users in a community setting.
• Assist with personal hygiene, medication administration and meal preparation.
• Support participants with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in users’ conditions.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment at all times.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Patience, empathy, compassion and sensitivity to others.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, honesty and determination.
• A problem‑solver with resilience.
• Experience or training in autism, learning disabilities or mental health support is desirable.
