With a strong focus on governance, operational resilience, and control integrity, the organisation continues to invest heavily in automation, data quality, and transformation. Senior leaders operate in a highly collaborative, transformation‑led environment where they are empowered to directly influence regulatory outcomes, strengthen enterprise‑wide control frameworks, and shape the future of global wealth services.

The Role: VP / SVP – Client Asset Safety (CASS)

You will lead oversight of client asset protection frameworks, ensuring robust governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of control environments across custody operations. At SVP level, this role carries significant responsibility for executive reporting, regulatory engagement, and enterprise‑wide risk visibility.

  • Act as a key escalation point for client asset risk events and operational incidents
  • Produce and present governance reporting for Boards, ExCo, and senior committees (SVP level)
  • Partner with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Internal Audit functions
  • Drive remediation of control gaps, audit findings, and regulatory issues
  • Identify and implement automation and data‑driven control enhancements

  • Exposure to reconciliation frameworks and custody control environments
  • Background in operational resilience or control transformation programmes
  • Experience delivering automation or process improvement initiatives

Why Join

  • Senior leadership role within a mission‑critical regulatory control function
  • High visibility across executive leadership and regulatory stakeholders
  • Opportunity to shape and enhance global client asset protection frameworks
  • Work within a modernising, data‑driven wealth services platform
  • Strong culture of transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement
