Complex Care – Healthcare Support Worker

Location: Reading RG7

Pay: £15.50.00- £16.50 per hour

Shift: Day shift

Full Training Provided.

Overview

We are looking for dynamic, adaptable, resilient, dedicated, and enthusiastic carers to support an individual with a spinal injury. The role involves assisting with physiotherapy and hydrotherapy sessions, providing bowel care, medication administration, and delivering person cantered care following a personalised care plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with physiotherapy and hydrotherapy sessions as required.
• Provide bowel care and medication administration.
• Deliver person cantered care in line with a personalised care plan.
• Work with a team of skilled Nurse Managers for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for individuals with spinal injury.
• Experience in bowel care.
• Experience in medication administration.
