Wake night Support Worker
Location: Norwich and surrounding areas.

- Cover wake night shifts as part of your role.
- Be flexible to travel and work across different locations as needed.
What You Bring:
- Compassionate, caring and reliable.
- A great listener with excellent communication.
- Calm, resilient, and positive – even when things get tough.
- Willing and able to work flexible shifts reliably (consistency is key).
- Ideally a driver with access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential if you are happy to use public transport).
- Happy to cover different shift patterns across different locations, including wake nights.
- New to care? Full training is provided.
