Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly candidate to join our reception team to provide a comprehensive administration and reception service to a busy Talking Therapies Team service wide. This post would suit a highly motivated, organised and friendly individual with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet service users and visitors, dealing with general enquiries both face to face and over the telephone.
- Book clinic rooms and maintain clinic diaries.
- Manage email accounts and general administrative duties such as checking deliveries and sorting the post.
- Input data, process referrals into the service, and manage medical records and related documents.
- Perform building duties and work with clinicians and the management team to ensure quality service delivery.
- Attend training at other sites across Doncaster, Rotherham and Scunthorpe, and cover other areas in the surrounding locality as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of working in the NHS or a large public sector organisation.
- Familiarity with an electronic records system, e.g. SystmOne.
- Organised, motivated, friendly with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Location
Base site will either be Rotherham or Scunthorpe, to be discussed further in interview.
