Salary: GBP 28,000 – GBP 30,000 (pro rata)

This is a hands-on, varied role: perfect if you enjoy a mix of front desk interaction, behind-the-scenes setup, and keeping everything running like clockwork.

The Role

• Part-time, shift-based (including evenings and weekends)

What Youll Be Doing

• Welcome guests and create a calm, positive first impression
• Manage bookings, payments, and day-to-day enquiries
• Support classes, retreats, and visiting practitioners
• Set up and reset studios and treatment spaces
• Keep all areas clean, organised, and beautifully presented
• Help with admin, stock checks, and basic reporting
• Support health and safety processes, including pool testing

What Were Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and naturally guest-focused
• Organised, practical, and able to juggle tasks
• Proactive with a hands-on approach
• Comfortable working solo and as part of a team
• Flexible with shifts
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, or wellbeing is a plus (but not essential)
