Join the team at Ramsey Respite Centre as a Relief Respite Support Worker, providing a supportive, needs-led service for children and young people and their families. You will deliver a high standard of care, help develop and implement programmes based on individual assessments, contribute to multidisciplinary reviews, and work closely with families, colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
The role allows you to build trusted relationships, supporting children and young people in a community setting, while working as part of a team that creates warmth and openness. It is a great chance to use your skills in working collaboratively, keeping clear records, and supporting individual development and wellbeing, with opportunities to grow through regular training. Shifts are mainly mornings, afternoons and evenings with sleep-in duties, covering weekdays and weekends.
