Health & Care Project Worker

Location: Andover but with travel to other locations within Hampshire.

If you have experience working in health and care or similar settings, are qualified to NVQ Level 2, have strong interpersonal skills and a clean driving licence, then we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• To promote individuality, choice, independence, dignity and respect to individuals
• Building on previous experience, deliver a range of support services as required
• To deliver the Virtual Wards project engaging with relevant health professionals
• To ensure vulnerable people are safeguarded from abuse and to report any instances of alleged abuse
• To support Unity clients across various services including home support and other projects
