Health Care Support Worker – Llanrwst

Job Overview

Assist registered nurses/practitioners to deliver care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient, their family and carers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan.
• Carry out a wide range of duties under the direction of a registered nurse for the period of the shift.
• Support the district nursing team to care for those living in the community who require nursing care.
• Travel between patients’ homes both within towns and rural areas in a timely manner.

Desirable Skills

• Ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
