Support Worker – Highwater House
We are recruiting for a permanent Support Worker at Highwater House, a residential care home providing care for 22 adults with mental health and substance misuse issues.
Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Care planning
- Escorting residents to appointments
- Planning and implementing activities
- Providing personal care
- Attending meetings with other professionals
Qualifications
- Empathy and support for clients with complex needs
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Demonstrated caring, kind, empathic and patient attitudes, and knowledge of basic care principles
Work details
32 hours per week (Permanent). Shift work including evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins.
Salary range: £27,274–£29,070 per full‑time equivalent. Sleep‑in rate: £44.54.
