Ergonomist

Job Title: Ergonomic Specialist – 6 Month Contract

Location: Broughton, Cheshire – Onsite Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Ergonomic Specialist to join their Manufacturing Engineering team within a fast-paced industrial environment.

The Role:

• Conduct ergonomic assessments across assembly and installation activities
• Identify workplace ergonomic risks and recommend practical solutions
• Support human factor and ergonomic improvement projects across manufacturing operations
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Health & Safety teams
• Drive user-centred design and ergonomic risk reduction strategies

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Ergonomics/Human Factors
• CIEHF accreditation or working towards membership preferred
• Strong knowledge of biomechanics, cognition, and workplace ergonomics
• Experience within manufacturing or industrial engineering environments desirable
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
