Chef de Partie
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a luxury spa and hospitality venue based at Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire. This is a hands‑on kitchen role where you’ll run your own section, support the Head Chef, and play a key part in delivering consistently high‑quality food. It’s a fast‑paced environment with high standards, but also a supportive team that values pride in your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Running and managing your own kitchen section day to day
- Supporting the Head Chef with ordering, stock control and supplier liaison
- Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the required standard
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Helping to train, supervise and support junior kitchen staff
- Leading by example and contributing to a positive kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene, quality and health & safety
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- A team‑focused attitude with good communication skills
