Sales and Customer Service Advisor

A GBP 26,000 per annum basic salary, Office based in the B76 area.

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer service and sales support.

Centre Tank Services is an established market leading fuel handling equipment supplier. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic sales team for an established oil and fuel equipment distribution company.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer relationships and enquiries.
• Providing accurate quotations for core brands.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Identifying key opportunities for growth.
• Following up on leads and quotes within agreed SLA.
• Utilising CRM systems and databases to record all opportunities.
• Achieving KPIs set by the company.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
• B2B sales experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• A professional, customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.
