Concierge

The Londoner is a 5‑star luxury hotel located in Leicester Square, offering a boutique, yet expansive hospitality experience in a prime London location.

We are excited to add a Concierge to our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge services to guests during their stay.
• Assist with taxi bookings, reservations, and general enquiries.
• Deliver The Londoner standards of service at all times.

Qualifications

• Current concierge experience within a 5‑star hotel environment in London.
• Local area knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid UK driving licence.
