Leadership and Management Project Management Assessor

Location, Hours & Salary

Wales – home based (field based). Salary £30,000‑£30,500 depending on skills and experience. Monday to Friday Full Time Permanent (Reduced hours considered).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management, Level 3 Apprenticeship and Levels 4 and 5 Higher Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management, including support to achieve the Essential Skill qualification in Digital Literacy.
• Assess and support learners undertaking these programmes.
• Plan assessments, provide constructive feedback and maintain regular learner interaction to ensure timely progress.
• Communicate learner progress and achievements to mentors and/or employers consistently throughout the programme.
• Maintain quality assurance of assessment processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experienced in a leadership and/or managerial role and in Project Management.
• Willingness to work towards achieving assessment practice qualifications on appointment.
• Ability to travel to learners’ workplaces within a 50‑mile radius (based in North Wales); travel may be exceeded from time to time.
