Now Hiring: Junior Test & Inspection Technician

Location: Cradley HeathSalary: £28,000

We are seeking a practical, hands‑on individual to join our Testing & Training Centre as a Junior Test & Inspection Technician. This role is ideal for someone with a background in warehouse, FLT, or manufacturing who is looking to move into a more technical position with clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out product testing to ensure compliance with industry and global standards
• Assemble and set up test equipment and rigs
• Accurately record test results, including data, images, and reports
• Support the testing and evaluation of third‑party products
• Travel to external testing facilities when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands‑on experience (roofing, warehouse, FLT, manufacturing or similar)
• Valid FLT licence and full UK driving licence
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
