Responsibilities
- Assist in filling out web-based forms for paperwork submitted by sales reps for new sales reps.
- Assist in filling out web-based forms for paperwork submitted by general contractor types, and other paperwork that is not sensitive.
- UPS package shipping.
- Receive, sort, open and disperse daily mail.
- Ordering supplies for any office.
- Fill out paperwork for new vendors, etc.
- File paperwork for the accounting office.
- Enter invoices from merchants into tasks in our project management system.
Accounting experience is a plus.
Qualifications
Office experience – general, scheduling, phone skills, telephone skills, typing, documentation skills, meeting planning, verbal communication, written communication, reliability, attention to detail, clerical writing skills.
