Sen Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Coba Education is looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated supply team, supporting a range of schools across Northamptonshire.

The Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant with Coba Education, you’ll have the opportunity to work flexibly across a variety of schools, supporting pupils with a wide range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges (SEMH).

You may be:

• Providing 1:1 support for students with EHCPs
• Assisting with small group interventions
• Supporting class teachers in adapting materials and activities
• Helping pupils to develop confidence, independence, and engagement in their learning

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN (in school, care, or community settings)
• A calm, patient, and adaptable nature
• A genuine desire to help young people reach their full potential
• Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential
