About the Role – SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of complex or additional needs
• Provide 1:1 and small-group intervention
• Promote communication, independence, and emotional regulation
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams
• Help create a safe, nurturing learning environment
