About the Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with a range of complex or additional needs
- Provide 1:1 and small-group intervention
- Promote communication, independence, and emotional regulation
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams
- Help create a safe, nurturing learning environment
