I am looking for a Teaching Assistant that has previous experience working within an Alternative Provision and is confident in supporting with Challenging Behaviour.

- Able to carry out the full role required of a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Can communicate effectively and build good relationships
- Wants to develop their teaching skills
- Able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
- Team Teach Trained is desirable
