Job Description

No two days are ever the same, which is part of the fun. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, from helping customers find the perfect product to helping them complete their purchase at the till
• Brand Bra Experience – provide the brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on size and suitable styles
• Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find what they need, including items they may not know they want
• Store Standards – maintain store standards front and back, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adherence to health and safety procedures

About You

• Passion for retail – enjoy retail front or back of house, creating a unique experience for every customer
• Love the customer – keen to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge, eager to take part in learning programmes
