Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Hampton, Greater London. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting students with additional learning needs and fostering an inclusive and enriching educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational support to students.
- Work one‑on‑one or in small groups with students to enhance learning and social development.
- Create and implement individualized learning plans and strategies.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification or experience in education or childcare preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to the needs of diverse learners.
- Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
