Position: Primary Teaching Assistant – Specialist SEND Provision (New School Opening)
Location: North Bristol. Contract Type: Full‑time, long‑term (term‑time only) – starting September (opportunities available in the summer term for the right candidate).
Pay: £14.25 per hour (approx. 35 hours per week) – temp‑to‑perm opportunity.

What We’re Looking For
- Essential: At least 3 months’ experience supporting children or young people with SEND/SEMH (paid, voluntary, or personal).
- Essential: A genuine passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Essential: Patience, empathy and resilience.
- Essential: Willingness to obtain (or already hold) an enhanced DBS.
- Desirable: Experience with SEMH, Autism (ASC) or challenging behaviour.
- Desirable: Relevant qualifications in education, psychology or childcare.
- Desirable: A proactive, team‑focused approach.
