About This Role
We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs (SEND) in the mainstream school. You will manage a varied workload and learn new skills effectively. You will also be a team player who is committed to providing the highest levels of service. Cumberland Community School is part of Community Schools Trust, serving a diverse community. Responsibilities
You will support pupils with SEND, manage a varied workload and learn new skills effectively. You will work with teachers and other pupils to maximise learning time. You will intervene with students who fall behind, providing extra sessions after school where needed. You will support the behaviour system and routines to create an effective learning environment.
