• Perform various kitchen or cooking duties or specialise in a particular section.
• Cover roles from Relief Chef de Partie to Head Chef, and everything in between.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and comply with health and safety rules.
• Remain calm under pressure, conduct oneself professionally at all times.
