A London-based law firm is seeking an Operations Assistant to join the business in a newly created role, supporting the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the firm across multiple office locations.
This is a varied position focused on operational coordination, process support, and ensuring consistency across offices.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the firm’s offices and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day operations across multiple office locations, working closely with reception and administration teams
- Assisting in maintaining consistent office standards, processes, and procedures
- Coordinating office maintenance issues and liaising with internal teams and external service providers
- Supporting office resourcing, supplies, and ordering processes
- Maintaining supplier records and assisting with procurement and renewals
- Supporting basic financial administration, including tracking office-related spend and follow-ups
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment and system access
- Maintaining internal systems and asset registers
- Supporting internal projects, events, and firm-wide initiatives
About You
- 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative, operations, or office support role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks across different locations
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable working with systems and data (e.g. Excel and internal platforms)
- Proactive with the ability to take ownership of tasks
