Multi-Trade Operative – Salford

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis, working on social housing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-trade tasks including basic roofing repairs, floor laying, brick work, and tiling.
• Operate on social housing contracts primarily in Salford (approximately 95%), with occasional work in Blackpool or Liverpool.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while delivering trades duties on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in joinery or plumbing, and competent tiler.
• NVQ L2 or above.
• Skilled and in-date CSCS card.
• Basic DBS (we can process this for you).
• Experience working as a Multi on social housing contracts (Desirable).

Salary and Benefits

£19.77 per hour CIS, includes a company van and fuel card.

Working Hours

8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (Overtime available).
