About The Company
Beaumont College supports special school leavers including those with complex autism and social and emotional challenges.
Students have excellent language skills, while others may communicate in different ways. All have learning difficulties. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, our ethos is to support our young people to develop strategies focusing on positive behaviours, reducing the need for unhelpful communication strategies, and ensuring they are heard, listened to, and understood.
As part of a small team, you will empower students to prepare for their lives as young adults, helping them demonstrate progress through their actions.
