ABOUT GREENHILL LODGE
Greenhill Lodge is an exciting new unit opening in Worcester with good access to public transport. Our aim is to provide person‑centred quality and dignified care to people with complex needs whilst promoting their independence and quality of life.
We support individuals with complex Learning Disabilities, Physical needs, Mental Health, Autism and other related health and social care needs. Health action plans, eating and drinking plans, behaviour management plans, epilepsy plans and robust risk assessments are all part of our service.
We provide a range of support and assistance with personal care, general day‑to‑day support, activities of daily living, emotional, psychological, practical and social support, with the aim of meeting the individual’s chosen outcomes and promoting their independence. Some individuals are very mobile, some use wheelchairs or walking aids, so moving and handling may be required at times.
