As a Chef De Partie, you will be part of a passionate kitchen team, responsible for creating delicious dishes and managing your own section of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh food into high‑quality dishes for guests.
  • Run your own section of the kitchen.
  • Employ advanced knife skills and continually improve your culinary techniques.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date allergen training and food safety standards.
  • Ensure the kitchen remains clean and efficiently labelled.
  • Mentor new and junior staff, sharing knowledge with KP’s and commis.
