Key Responsibilities
As aSenior Chef, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards and supporting the kitchen brigade.
- Run your own section during service with confidence and consistency
- Prepare and cook dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Support junior chefs and maintain a positive kitchen environment
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Work closely with the brigade to deliver smooth, efficient service
