Care Assistant (Complex Care)
About The Company: The client provides high-quality services to 99 residents across 6 specialised units, offering effective, varied complex care in a safe and comfortable environment.
About the role: This position is suitable for an experienced Care Assistant currently working within a care home, NHS, or private hospital setting. Reporting to the Care Home Manager, you will be part of a dedicated care team, making a positive difference in residents’ lives.
Duties include:
- Supporting residents with social and physical activities
- Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, etc.)
- Supporting residents with eating and drinking
Skills and Experience:
- Essential: Complex Care Experience
- NVQ Level 2 in health and social care or willingness to work towards it
- Caring and positive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Total average per week – 42 hours, including every other weekend

Total average per week – 42 hours, including every other weekend. We operate a rolling rota with three shifts one week and four the next, with every second weekend off.
