TIG Welder / Fabricator – Join a Skilled Team | Bury | £18/hr + Overtime

Location: BuryPay: £18.00 per hour + regular overtime availableHours: Full-time, stable hoursStart Date: Immediate

What You’ll Be Doing

• TIG welding on thin gauge stainless steel (0.8mm – 3mm)
• Fabricating ductwork, pipework, and bespoke components
• Precision welding on gas pipework and manifold systems (including flange work)
• Performing high-spec purged (back purging) TIG welding
• Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings
• Supporting occasional on-site installation work
• Inspecting your own work to ensure top-quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in TIG welding thin gauge stainless steel
• Confident with purged TIG welding techniques
• Strong fabrication skills (pipework, ducting, stainless)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Full UK driving licence (essential for occasional site work)
• Laser welding experience (a bonus, not essential)
• Reliable, detail-focused, and takes pride in high-quality work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
