Who We Are

ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9‑18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours.

We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

Welcome to Our Home – Lymington

A spacious two‑storey home with private bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges, where we support up to 3 amazing young people (ages 9‑18). We’re a fun, energetic crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive.

What We’re All About

  • Child‑first care, tailored to each child’s individual journey
  • Fun – community beach cleans, charity events, days out and great everyday experiences
  • Big on humour, warmth & weirdness
  • Creating a safe home environment that feels like… well, home
  • Helping children to find their voice, build their identities and pursue their own path in life

The Role

  • 1:1 support with young people
  • Full‑time hours are 39 per week, working 2 x 15 hour shifts, 1 x 9 hour shift and 1 sleepover per week
  • We can also accommodate part‑time hours at this time
  • Shifts are 8am – 1pm, 1pm – 6pm and 6pm – 11pm
  • One weekend off every three
  • Due to the rural location of the home, a manual driving licence and own vehicle are required
  • This is a permanent role

You Are…

  • Honest, kind & non‑judgmental
  • Great with kids & teamwork
  • Ready to laugh, listen & lift others up
  • Passionate about helping young people shine
  • Willing to listen when kids need to talk
  • A confidence‑builder who celebrates every win
