Paint Sprayer Operator

Salary: £15 per hour

Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire

Hours: Full time, 08:00 – 17:00

We are looking for an excellent opportunity for a Paint Sprayer to join our industrial client based in Stevenage.

Responsibilities

• Operate coating spray equipment to apply coatings to products.
• Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning and masking.
• Adjust spray settings and equipment as needed to achieve correct coverage and finish.
• Carry out colour changes, gun cleaning, and booth maintenance in line with procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience working with paint or paint systems.
• Knowledge of paint sprier operation is an advantage.
• Manual handling and health & safety awareness.
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and quality standards.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience using workshop tools or working in a manufacturing environment.
