Banksman – Doncaster

We are currently recruiting for a Banksman to join a busy and fast-paced site in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking candidates looking for long-term work with opportunities for progression.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• 05:30 – 17:30

Pay Rate

• £12.75 per hour

The Role

As a Banksman, you will play a key role in the safe movement of vehicles around site. Duties will include:

• Guiding inbound and outbound wagons safely around site
• Communicating with drivers and site teams
• Carrying out quality checks on inbound materials
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Completing basic IT and paperwork tasks
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

What We’re Looking For

• Good spoken and written English
• Basic IT literacy
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Strong communication skills

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Previous Banksman experience
• FLT experience or licence
