About the Role

We are looking for experienced Plasterers to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across South-West and West London.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carry out all aspects of plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
  • Prepare surfaces, including bonding, patching, and skimming.
  • Make good after other trades, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Work in occupied social housing properties, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with project specifications and company standards.
  • Manage your daily workload to meet programme deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with site teams, supervisors, and tenants.
  • Identify and report any issues or additional works required.
  • Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

  • CSCS card.
  • Experience in domestic or similar work.
  • NVQ Level 2 (preferred).
  • Basic H&S certifications, especially asbestos awareness.

Additional Information

In addition to the above qualifications, we are looking for:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Own tools (110 v or battery‑operated).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred).
  • Good conversational English.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
