Overview

Kitchen Manager at The Salad Project: £35,000 per annum | Sunday – Thursday.We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a twelve store operation, expanding across London. Responsibilities

  • 45 hours per week.
  • Passionate, energetic & extremely organized to manage the kitchen.
  • Manage our team of Kitchen Hands and KPs.
  • Implement & improve kitchen processes.
  • Monitor & implement hygiene best practices in and out of service to maintain our 5* hygiene rating.
  • Manage ordering, stock management & solve stock issues.
  • Manage team scheduling, training & well-being.
  • Report to Restaurant Manager and Culinary Director.

Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 Years.
  • Experience cooking in a busy professional kitchen/casual dining restaurant.
  • Management and team leadership experience.
  • Hygiene qualifications.

Compensation

  • £35,000 per annum.
