Job Overview

Location: Hertsmere, Borehamwood

Salary: London £37,854 – £52,051 per annum; National £34,869 – £47,945 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre/post‑inspections and prepare reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.
• Consult with and engage customers and leaseholders, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to meet cost, time, and quality standards.
• Undertake building and technical surveys to assess building condition, identify defects and risks.
• Perform major void inspections and ensure work aligns with KPIs, providing recommendations based on survey findings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
• Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB).
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
• Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
• Eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
