This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys responsibility, and wants to develop their career within a supportive and forward‑thinking legal business.

- Supporting team performance and hitting financial targets
- Attending client meetings and building strong relationships
- Managing reporting, invoicing and process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines and internal standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We’re less focused on a perfect CV and more interested in the right mindset and transferable skills.
You’ll likely have:
- Experience working in a high-volume, process-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Great communication skills and a professional approach
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Leadership or team coordination experience (desirable)
- Exposure to legal, debt recovery, or regulated environments (beneficial, not essential)

- Occasional Saturday (9:00 am – 1:00 pm) on a rota basis
We operate extended service hours, so some flexibility is required to support the wider team when needed.
