FLT Driver – Littleport

Smart Solutions are recruiting an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy waste and recycling operation based in Littleport. This is a hands‑on role in a friendly team, ideal for someone with previous forklift experience looking for stable, ongoing work.

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

Pay Rate

• £13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operating a Forklift Truck (Counterbalance or similar)
• Loading new general waste and recycling bins onto the main lorry for delivery
• Supporting yard operations where required
• Following all site safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area

Requirements

• Some FLT Driver experience (preferred)
• Valid FLT licence (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced yard environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and strong attention to safety
