Responsibilities

• Support internal and external stakeholders across Europe.
• Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide clear, supportive assistance to customers across various channels.
• Manage administrative tasks related to customer accounts and orders.

Candidate Profile

• Multilingual with fluency in Dutch and German.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• IT literate.
• Hands‑on attitude and great communication skills.
