Overview

We have opportunities available in school term time for casual work in a busy kitchen environment.

Working Hours & Wage

11:00–22:00 and 16:00–22:00 shifts.

Monday–Saturday availability.

£17.14 per hour

Main Responsibilities

• Based in a busy kitchen, prepare delicious food to menu specifications while following standards and procedures.
• Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix.
• Take pride in the business and share agreed standards with the team.
• Assist new team members by providing respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie.
• High standards of hygiene and cleanliness; ability to inspire passion for food.
• Ability to remain calm during high-volume periods to ensure smooth delivery.
• Confident when interacting with people; excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Driven and dependable; friendly, outgoing, and welcoming personality.
• Punctual and reliable; clean and ironed whites and knives.
