Learning & Development Coordinator – 6 Month FTC

- £45,000 FTE salary
A leading global consulting firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Learning & Development Coordinator to join its collaborative L&D team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous L&D or training coordination experience to play a key role in delivering engaging learning programmes across the business. You’ll support the end‑to‑end coordination of training initiatives, liaise with internal stakeholders and external facilitators, manage learning communications and materials, and help ensure a seamless learner experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinating training sessions, bookings, tracking and feedback
- Managing communications and dissemination of learning materials
- Supporting training evaluation and reporting
- Researching training providers and maintaining data accuracy
- Monitoring the L&D inbox and responding to training requests efficiently
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience within a Learning & Development or training environment, excellent organisational skills, and strong attention to detail. You will be proactive, a great communicator and immediately available to hit the ground running in this FTC!
