The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a globally recognised technology and consumer products organisation undergoing significant business transformation. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of a large-scale strategic programme, driving delivery across multiple business functions and international teams.
This is an opportunity to lead high-profile initiatives that directly influence operational effectiveness, commercial performance, and long-term business strategy. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the UK and US, managing complex workstreams from discovery through to implementation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the delivery of large, complex strategic projects from initiation through to completion.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, governance documentation, and delivery artefacts.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and priorities.
- Managing communication across project teams, stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.
- Tracking project performance, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks while proactively resolving issues.
- Driving process improvement initiatives and recommending enhancements to ways of working.
- Supporting organisational change activities and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Producing executive-level presentations, reports, and project updates.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and aligning delivery with wider business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years’ experience managing large-scale, complex projects or programmes.
- Demonstrable success delivering strategic initiatives across global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership and executive teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Bonus Points For
- Experience supporting Target Operating Model (TOM) design or transformation programmes.
- Background within technology, consumer electronics, telecommunications, or commercial business environments.
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide systems implementations.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, operations, or business transformation projects.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
